What do you see?

What do you see in this picture? Hopefully just a window! But if you were here in person you'd see it's a shrink wrapped window! Personally, I've never shrink wrapped (shrunk wrapped?) a window before but apparently it's a pretty common practice here in the FREEZING Big Sky Country.

I found my window kit on sale at Target (my favorite!) for $6 - what a bargain...it had one of those red clearance stickers that I just can't resist! It was a bit challenging to put up because I only had one set of hands....Shelby's cute but not very handy. But now that it's up I can already feel my electric bill going down!

I used to keep my curtain closed to block out the cold, which of course also stole my sunlight. Now I have no cold but plenty of sun, well not today since it's currently a mini-blizzard outside, but hopefully tomorrow! Mission accomplished!
